What do you like about working at Etak?

"Being that it was my first QA job I was fortunate to work with a manager that believed in on the job learning anf training so I was given the opportunity to obtain the skills needed to move on to my next position."

What don't you like about working at Etak?

"Though it was a good place to work the pay was not up to what the market was offering and it got to the point where my manager was not going to allow me to move up to the engiineering position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be aware of the aspirations of your employees and how those will fit in to the department/company."
