"Be yourself and let them know your quality points. Ask questions when they tell you that the job is stressful."

"I dislike the lack of structure. I also dislike like that my efforts seem unnoticed and unappreciated by the owners of the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Prioritize your workload; because the company is small, work on self-sufficency especially from the owners. Also, more quality control and accountablity is needed the the Field division."
