"What once was a rewarding company to work for has turned into a drama filled, poorly managed workplace. Workload is too one sided and some departments are understaffed while others have more than enough. One month there is no overtime and the next we are told to work 10 hrs a day and Saturday. Too many "chefs in the kitchen" and wanna-be chefs are disruptive and counter productive."
