"They MUST know someone working for ESPN, or should have attended broadcasting school, received a degree in Sports Management, Communications, or Marketing, otherwise their chances are slim to none of even getting an interview with the company. They should stay relaxed, be honest, and most importantly, ask a lot of questions, but not too chatty."

"Understanding their employees, being able to communicate effectively, and assisting them into developing either within their organization, or throughout the company."
