"Be honest about your skills, because in a small company where a lot of work rests on your shoulders, any shortcoming or lack of skill will become apparent. Be ready to wear many hats even if you are hired to fulfill a specific position. You must be versatile in your skills and abilities. Multi-tasking will be a major part of your routine."

What don't you like about working at eSkillz?

"Lacks a team environment. Not as much control over internal project despite my experience and knowledge. Very little growth opportunity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management of the company and management of people should be kept separate. Management of employees, benefits and incentives should be considered as the company grows. While all employees should be treated equal, not all employees should be compensated equally."
