"The location was great and I really enjoyed some of my coworkers . The founders and CEO (I think that was her title) were decent people with very good intentions ."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask a lot of questions, make sure you get everything in writing . Beware the Owners are nice people but many of their trusted managers do not have the same desire to treat their employees right."
What don't you like about working at Ernest Communications?
"The middle mangers treated employees poorly . Middle management was constantly undermining each other . Nepotism was rampant in this company. There is a huge lack of communications issue between departments. The pay was not that great and the benefits package was very expensive. Very poor training program."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management needs to get more hands on with their directors and supervisors . Provide a better benefits package for your employees."
