"EQD is an okay place to start a career, but don't expect it to go far. Turnover is high and quality of management is all over the place. Their pay is substandard and the environment toxic. To get anywhere at EQD you need to make friends in high places and use that to increase your clout among your peers. If that's your sort of thing, then maybe you'll like. The high performers at EQD tend to leave when they realize there is no mobility for them and that other companies may actually appreciate and reward their hard work."

Management style is different in ALL departments and there is NO synergy. Everyone is marching to a different beat and it's a us\me against you type of environment. HR is useless and provides NO solution for staff it's strictly a paper stamp! Things are ran like a MOM\POP environment and NOBODY accepts responsibility."
