What don't you like about working at Equifax?
"Everything else. IT is the worst I have ever seen, and as a previous consultant I have worked at dozens of IT shops. This is the most miserable group of IT staff I have ever encountered. Sr leaders have over done it with the offshoring. The quality of work is horrific and Equifax IT staff are held accountable for it when offshore are the ones doing it. Offshore are not held accountable at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Offshore help desk, but bring everything else back on staff. You can't run IT like it's a warehouse or construction site."
