What don't you like about working at Equifax?

"I received my degree in CSI and applied for a couple of IT jobs. I was told that I needed to quit working for Equifax and apply for the jobs thru a third party. I was never given this information and was at a brick wall."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire the people in your organization and promote from within."
