"I've been working for Equifax for 2 years and find the corporate environment here very political. Easy advancement within the company is publicized as a positive aspect of Equifax's organization, however, you are actually completely on your own with little guidance. Networking is essential to success, as responsibilities are so compartmentalized, many employees work very strictly within their own position and typically "pass the buck" whenever possible. Long term success of the company appears likely but working for them is a very different story."
