"If you are part of the inner circle, like friends and family of the owner, then you don't need any helpful tips."

"The Senior management Team and CEO. The micro managing and my boss who was just clueless, but his BFF is on the Sr. Management team."

"Don't keep hiring your friends and family and promoting them over others who are more capable of the job. Treat your employees with respect and train them or they will all leave. Your employees are your best asset."

"Talented and creative people. The low level employees who work all hours of the day and night to make promises the CEO made to his clients. The only reason he got big banks as clients is...he promises to do the the first phase for free. Then the clients refuse to pay and then he cancels bonuses for the employees. No money."

"Avoid at all costs. There is no career development here, no training, no management positions. They all went to friends of the Sr. Staff."

"The management and their micro managing style. Sr. management treating employees like replaceable servants."

"In a desperate attempt to keep employees from leaving, the Sr management, which includes 3 people, told all employees to fill out a survey. Then they went on a hunt to figure out which employees wrote negative comments."

"Think twice. Ask how many executives have left in the past year. CTO, VP HR, VP Sales..."

"Upper management meddles too much in lower management affairs. Still a start up; hence, a lot of kinks need to be worked out of their process flow. Benefits don't kick in until the employee has been there three months."

"Be less involved in trivial matters and focus on the big picture. Draw on the experience of employees who have worked at larger companies in their previous assignments."
