"The Regional Office is dysfunctional."

What do you like about working at Electric Power Systems?

"The work itself is going well and we have made large strides in the Metroplex in our sales and client relationships."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The market is good for electrical acceptance testing so there is a future in this field at all levels. If you enjoy the mom and pop shoot first aim later style then this is the place for you. If you want to know what is expected of you and how to get things done then EPS is not for you."

What don't you like about working at Electric Power Systems?

"Lack of respect, professionalism and integrity from the management team in our Regional Office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company as a whole does not have many procedures in place. There are 25 offices nationwide and all act as an independent office. Many managers are promoted without any training as to how to run an office or to lead people. Consequesntly they get strung out managing 10-12 direct reports. The only thing we have procedures for are finnacial reporting and expenses."
