"I will never work for Addeco ever again. They sent me to a company called EPIQ And I was in the training class and on my 2nd day I was fired because I had a flat tire on my way to work there I was only 40 minutes late and they had the nerve to tell me that they was letting me go because they didn't think I was a good fit! How can they determine that when I was only there for 1 1/2 days??? I was treated unfairly and I didn't even get a chance to even get on the phones yet!!! So unfair and I sure hope that doesn't happen to anyone else. Watch your self cause they will fire you on the first day!!"
"Poorly managed private company. Use contract workers to fill shifting project deadlines, mass hirings, and then a few weeks later mass firings are common practice here. In a very siloed organization, leadership does not want lower employees to understand the cases they work on. All the talent moves elsewhere once they get experience."
"Epiq is a great company to work for as they have training programs and excellent managers."
