"I worked for EPIC, and for a company, they purchased for two years. As the Salesforce admin, I was often expected to do tasks that were well above my skill level. The company appreciated my skills and initiative, but this resulted in lots of overtime. Their benefits were about average, and management was 'VP Heavy'. Everyone was a VP of something and expected obeisance. Managers often were not technically oriented but were great people overall."
