What do you like about working at Epcot?

"The cultural representative program at Epcot encourages fresh new ideas. There's a spirit of adventure at my location and the vitality of the crew makes work lots of fun. Since I started at the company a year and a half ago I have been promoted twice and given the opportunity to train new cast members. My increased responsibility has provided me with the chance to develop professionally and improve my interpersonal and communication skills."

"Go in with a positive outlook, open mind and strong desire to work hard."

"Tourism isn't the career path I plan to pursue long term."
