"I am given free range to train and get invoved with anything. I work with virtually no oversite."

"They look for specific experience. You'll have to alter your resume to highlight what they are looking for at the professional level. Some postions hire just about anyone."
What don't you like about working at Professional Service Industries?
"Pay increases are horribly slow regardless of performance. Bouses or extremely small. You depend on overtime to make money. Eats up your entire personal life."

"Take better care of your core staff to slow the revolving door of talent at the mid level."
