What do you like about working at TRC Engineering?
"They have always given me enough rope to hang me."

"Get everything in writing especially bonus structure."
What don't you like about working at TRC Engineering?
"The internal management structure is very unorganized and disfunctional most of the time. There are few incentives for most of the employees to work hard and go the extra mile."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the masses on internal marketing approaches and project execution opportunities."

"This is an engineer's dream job. The government has money to invest in new and better technology provided you can show a good payback."
What do you like about working at United States Army?
"Working in the production areas of Letterkenny Army Depot, spending time on the production floor, and being able to make a positive change in workers lives."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you understand the full scope of this position. If you don't already have secret clearance you can spend up to a year waiting and need an escort when you work most areas."
What don't you like about working at United States Army?
"The contract time period was three years for bidding the job and it takes five years to vest with 401K matching. Therefore one company needs to win the award two times in succession for you to get vested."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think goals for environmental accomplishments would be helpful. This position was new when I started so I'm sure they have made progress with this."
