"Heights...We climb towers, some as high as 150 feet....Being sent home for weather reasons...Never anything positive said to us by our current supervisor...SemI hostile working atmosphere...Sun Oil, who we are contracted to, treats us like we are the scum of the earth...."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Say something positive to us once in a while. Listen to suggestions from your field techs, we know what to do out there."
