"This company pays decently but is extremely disorganized. They do not put enough effort into planning and organization to deter future problems. Backup systems and processes are completely untested until a failure occurs. At that point it is usually a mad scramble to work around the issue. Co-workers have a tendency to do the bare minimum to remain under management's radar. The company does attract some good talent but unfortunately these end up leaving after a year or two due to having to pick up so much slack. If you're looking to get into a field this company might be a good first step. It is not somewhere I'd recommend long term though."
