"I’ve worked for the company for over 2 years. The company culture is great and I love the free, staffed gym. I’d like to see Senior Leadership show more appreciation to employees, primarily by holding middle management accountable for their actions and encouraging better management of employees (rewarding employees doing well and addressing poor performance of other employees). Overall, it is a great company to work for thousands of employees located in dozens of countries."
