"Good company with ability to attract very good people, but operate in a difficult business."

What do you like about working at Westfield?

"Good company with very good people. I was able to learn about the various areas of a owner operator of shopping malls. This was very different that my previous experience, which was all financial services."

What don't you like about working at Westfield?

"Unfortunately the economic downturn has had a signficant impact on Westfield's business. While I was there, large numbers of staff were being terminated."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the moral of individuals during this difficult economic times by really enforcing that the remaining staff is very important for the continued running of the company."
