"I had 4 managers in 18 months. The infrastructure for enterprise accounts isn't established fully. Unrealistic goals are set."

"I would suggest less paperwork, more teamwork, realistic goals, and consistent management."

"Samsung had no real strategy to sell their printers and MFPs to enterprise accounts. The infrastructure to support this business was not developed, and there were no clear-cut guidelines as to what was possible and what wasn't, in terms of service and support."

"I like the large territory."

"I dislike that there is no focus."

"Develop teamwork between divisions to support printer sales, and create a true infrastructure to support enterprise accounts."
