"This company is by far the worst company I've worked for. The job is extremely stressful and they do not care about their employees. The call volume is absolutely ridiculous which could be managed if they update their call system and the way in which customers are routed. You deal with rude, disgruntled customers 95% of the time and the ways the calls come in you barely get a second to breathe literally. This company is still being ran as if its 1957! They have a lot of opportunity and should take suggestions from their frontline employees. They sell this job as being easy however that is not the case. They provide no outlet for you to express your dissent and scold you for showing any level of dissent. This job could be very easy and enjoyable if they actually took the time to care about their employees. Not to mention the hourly wage is far below what someone deserves for this level of work."
