"I was there for a long time. It is a company with good technology and some protected market niches.The main problem now is the short sighted focus on the numbers. Decisions and budgets are made with little input from non-finance people. Training is non-existent and morale is poor. There is little benefit for the average person. Stock is only sprinkled down on the very top layer and raises have been minuscule.Management is too lazy and comfortable."
