"Watch out for expenses, particularly too much personnel and purchasing vehicles when there are vehicles available for managers even if they're not new. In the delivery department, it's not necessary to own ALL your own crews and having to purchase vehicles for them. In this kind of business it's better to have SUB crews. for at least half of the work force in case of down turn."
