"The CFO doesn't like me for whatever reason I'm not sure. I've always been very nice to him, but he still doesn't like me. The Controller will always make rude jokes to me. Neither of them truly understands how much work I actually do."

"I would give raises annually and keep the communication open between associates. I also wouldn't show favoritism."
