"I enjoyed the diversity of projects that we were on and the ability to be the architect and engineer on the projects I was working on."

"60+% Travel. I was never home the last 6 months I worked there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Matching the skillsets of the engineers better to the work that needs to get done. There are cases where I was sent to perform infrastructure tasks for customers, which I was not especially qualified for where I knew there was someone better suited for the task."
