What do you like about working at HealthFirst?

"the benefits and my flexibility. I'm a telecommuter but now they are trying to make you work in offices instead of homes when you have no home visits. the flexibility is gone in that sense."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"make sure your upper management is not this female who sits on 16th floor."

What don't you like about working at HealthFirst?

"the upper management does not understand what we do and does not make any effort to stand on our side. managers are not very helpful in getting our voices heard and basically everyone is afraid of the upper management to make a change of new rules this one upper management is forcing all of us to do. this company is going down. There are so many dissatisfactions with members and employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"listen to the lower tier of the employees. we are the one out on the field, we are experiencing the issues - noone is there to help us and voice our needs. the new rules from the upper management is inefficient, unproductive, and unreasonable. There is no postiives coming out of it, however, noone stood up and object for us. If you want to compare us to the society, we are the poors from all the way below and they are all the way up there. they will never understand our day in and day out because they never experience it."
