"The company was very family oriented. They make you feel like you are welcomed but the management is poor and the people in the sales department are very negative. Specifically they are all 23 years of age and think they can manage, bully and degrade the new workers. They won't hear your opinion or accept the way you do your job even resulting in the same results. When you make a mistake they don't allow you to fix it."
