"Poorly managed. Incompetent CEO and PM. Poor project planning and resourcing. Rely heavily on cheap off shore resources to slave so they make all the money. Zero leadership and managing of staff skills. Rude to contractors. They gossip about their own staff and prejudge their abilities because of poor planning and over promising on very narrow time lines. Poor recruiting skills without a clue how to recruit and maintain talented staff."
