"Although there are good benefits and they try to be transparent, company life has slowly degraded over the years. There is little to no sense of community; there is no prospect of advancement within the company or an increase in compensation; employees are suppressed; creativity and personality are stifled by the management; and the companies purse strings were so tight when it came to upgrades to tools and technology that benefited the employees, it made life frustrating and work difficult."
