"I worked for Enjoy Technology during the COVID-19 pandemic which proved to be a very difficult challenge for this mobile retail store. Many people weren't open to making any changes to their account or order due to improper expectations of who we were and why we were delivering their cellular device that day. The expectations from leadership seemed to not align with things we were seeing in the field, as well as, what top performers were seeing in the field. I left the company due to ethical conflicts in how my job was being assessed and the corners I was being encouraged to cut to achieve higher marks."
"I have worked for Enjoy Technology in two locations. There are some really great things that this company should be praised for, such as the 4 day work week, good salary, and the open feedback policy. There are things like communication and the need for training that need to be addressed more rapidly than they currently are. Overall the company is a fresh look on the way that retail could be seen in the future."
"acquired my talent in September of 2019. The role was to facilitate activation and data transfer of AT&T cell phones on site and not in an AT&T store. Though a technical support role, the downside was a need for upsales. Management was thoroughly helpful to see success of the employees. Company culture was absolutely fantastic."
"Overall a very good experience"
"I've worked at Enjoy Inc. for over a year. The company really stresses the importance of a healthy work-life balance and offers Product Experts a four-day workweek and the ability to curate their own schedule. Working in the field can be challenging but rewarding and every day is a new adventure. The recruiters at Enjoy Inc. hire very well rounded customer service-skilled employees and the common theme among my peers and myself is that the co-workers are the best part of the job."
