"Unfortunately a company is going out of business (have to be sold), because of it's bancpupcy (Chapter 11)."

"I enjoyed the business travel most but with all the budget cuts travel stopped completely"

"Get ready for a whirlwind from one day to the next.Needs improvement."
What don't you like about working at RCM Technologies?
"Travel stopped.Work assignments changed sometimes three to four times a day.It is difficult to be productive when all you do all day is change from one assignment to another.Assignments are dropped and new ones assigned at a moments notice with time wasted."

"To improve on the scope and focus of assignments and allow a little more lead time to complete.Depending on the task."

"I was introduced very thoroughly to the construction industry and to some interesting aspects of construction materials."

"This company's selling point to its clients is providing consistent, certifiable, quality testing at a competitive price. The successful candidate will emphasize the ability to repeat tasks at consistently high quality for low pay."
What don't you like about working at Advance Testing?
"I didn't like the repetition, and I didn't like the stifling of creativity. However, I realize that the construction industry is very heavily regulated and as such all testing must be done in the same exact method each time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management is doing a good job - they are providing their clients with verifiable confirmation of the construction materials at a low price. However, in order to keep the employees happy they should honor their commitment to an annual review of employees which is a first step to raises in wages and promotions in positions."

"Working with Newton vendor as inspector where employees and project managers came into my office to inform me of the mistakes made in the field and what was being done to corrrect them so they could be documented"

"Keep trying to do what the trainers suggest in the best way possible for your people skills and trust no one except your own skills to inspect the job to the satisfaction of the end user (the public) and hope the trainers see you sincerity."

"Department head and trainers wanted me to yell and scream at the vendor when mistakes were found and I believed there was a better way to handle people than this."

"Understand that even people being inspected would like to be handled as if people's lives depended on them emotionally and physically with the best man for the job."
