"Expect hard questions, expect promisies of training and support - then expect excuses as to why you only get hard questions!"
What don't you like about working at All Covered?
"There are high expectations but also it is highly political with senior management very aloof and old boy network like. No chance to advance and no training provided."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a national company and either fire the regional VPs and unite the company as one - or creat the one team system which the VPs don't appear to support. For example - clients hate change and you are always changing for All Covered and not the clients. Face the truth and when you make bad decisions tell the clients and not leave it to the field to face the music alone. Listen to the people on the ground."
