"You are expected to know everything, and to not have to be taught anything. Trial by fire. Sink or swim."

"No mentoring. No work-life balance. Constantly reacting to crises rather than having the foresight to prevent them."

"Invest time in your people. They are severely underutilized."

"Great company, good people, great career opportunities if you do not have a problem relocating to different locations every 5 - 7 years."

"Office location is far from my home in Connecticut. They do not have a policy to allow Engineers to work from home."
