"Caterpillar Inc. is a Farm & Construction Machinery within the Industrial Goods sector with 102,300 full time employees. It is a well run company with top notch board and management. Caterpillar's dealer network is remarkably strong; owners of Caterpillar equipment appreciate the safety net provided by a robust services infrastructure and parts availability that ensure machine uptime. There is a customer first attitude, but it's reasonable. My experienced at Caterpillar has been tremendous. I love the work hours, employees and management. I get to be hands on with some of the nations biggest machines on wheels. My work was substantial and had an impact on the business. For example, I was leading an engine compression brake NPI (New Production Introduction) program from concept design to production and continued with Very Early Hours Reliability (VEHR) field maintenance. There are three brakes on every on-highway trucks and I can recognize every time it get activated to slow the vehicles down. My experienced has been really good and I am very grateful for the opportunity that Caterpillar has given me. They have given me the ability to learn and grow in the organization. It is very family oriented and most everyone gets along with each other. They really care about the people who work for them. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone."
"Actually it is the best match for my experience because I worked in PEUGEOT and I had connections in both company Continental and Faurecia for many projects in more than 15 years working in Supplying Automotive Parts Company."
