"I liked working at the Aurora site. I hated the fact that we reported to Waukesha MR."

"Try Philips or Ericsson. There is no career growth here."

What don't you like about working at GE Healthcare?

"GE is a hopeless bureaucracy, filled with people who are institutionally lazy. Poor engineering and poorer HR."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop making people unhappy. Get rid of excessive regulations. Allow site to have more control."
