"You are never doing the same thing, you are always working on something different. For me it was either creating shafts with gears or trying to learn how the cDAQ system could be applied to hydraulic solenoid valve for control systems. In all honesty, I believe work is not work if you have fun doing what you love to do."

"Sometimes things could be at best boring, but there were other things to go and do."

"Some should have been retired already and are just sitting around not doing to much."

"Everything, the work is challenging and great!"

"It's okay to be under qualified and afraid. The most important thing is that you are capable of catching the learning the curve and keeping up with the pace of the company. All you have to do is be yourself."

"It is very small with lots of senior staff. Career advancement is hard to come by."

"Nothing, the best bosses I ever had. I should listen for suggestions for me."
