"Not a good place to work at unless you are a friend of the billing manager (she does have 3 good friends working under her) or the daughter of HR who by the way works in the dept as well. Then you can do whatever you want to do. I got absolutely no training as many others before me who quit can testify to as well. They push a 40 hour work week and as much on the weekend as possible.They want you to bill customers any way you can even if it means forging work orders to do so. (I did not) No work ethic here!!!! Don't complain because HR and the vice president that pushes this are best friends. Nepotism here all the way around! Because of no training they can find an error you have made and then they write you up and create a very hostile work environment for you until you quit which will be the best decision you have ever made....."
