"Be honest about your experience and education and Flatiron will go out of their way to provide you with the training and help necessary to excel in your career."

What don't you like about working at Flatiron Construction?

"I suppose the fact that they were going through layoffs and not utilizing other money saving ideas that were brought up by management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think many of us laid off would have appreciated a little more honesty up front about the financial status of the company. We had no idea that layoffs were coming."
