"Not knowing the company, I would have my reservations to offer critique. Just always move forward with a positive attitude. You catch more flies with honey. Positive morale equals increased output and quality."

"Work closely with your employees. Actually sit down and attempt to communicate on a personal level and try to understand as well as participate in all aspects yours and subordinates duties"
