"Underpaid. I am on call 24/7 and not compensated, as well as still expected to show up 9-5. Most customers do not want their system to be down during work hours so I do a lot of work after hours ... only to come in the next day expecting to take a break, but am asked to pick up someone else's slack. I do work for both engineering and support, sometimes I am a project manager, others I and just the support liaison. I feel like I work 3 different jobs depending on the scenario."
