"Honestly the worst employment experience. One of the owners was rude and unethical. I couldn't get out of that place quick enough. We had limited recruiting resources and there was absolutely no processes or structure in place. Which was unfortunate because there is so much potential business in Healthcare IT. I'd highly recommend that the owners pay attention to how other Staffing Firms operate and take notes."

"It always sounds good in the beginning but when it comes down to it make sure he can fund your business as they are too small for a professional like me."
What don't you like about working at Engage Partners?
"That I feel he can not financially sustain the amount of business I am bringing to the table"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Interesting question, because I have asked him numerous times to please make sure you are on top of the recruiters to get me the resumes for all the jobs I bring in"
