"I've spent most of my career at ENERCON. It's a great place to work if you like being involved in many different projects. You also become a great asset if you bring in industry experience or experience with a particular client. However, as an entry-level engineer you don't gain much experience in a specific area which can make it difficult to advance your career. Advancement at ENERCON is also limited to management routes, and there is no incentive to become a technical leader."
