"I started working with encore wire late 2019 and I was there for just about 5 months. Within that 5 months I learned quickly that there are certain “cliques” it you’re not apart of you’re basically looked down upon. Complete disregard of your aspirations and ideas. I applied to be a welder and in my interview, they specifically said: “ that’s retarded we don’t need any welders”. That statement right there speaks for itself on what kinda operation they’re running."
