"That they don't give enough respect to their employees, such as creating projects that go beyond our job description. Also, not rewarding certain individuals on their hard work."

"Instead of blaming the operators for the problems that happen, speak to them directly to see how the problems can be avoided."

"Learned a lot from the company on how TV is broadcast from different ad insertions, different video compression types, and satellite transmissions."

"Short staffed, management is not at all effective, promotions given to anyone chummy with their manager, low pay and terrible hours. Company constantly lays off or fires good people and retains those that will never get the company to the next level. Very disappointing overall."
