"Not a people company!"

What do you like about working at EMW?

"Well really nothing! They have an imagge in the overseas contracting world as not caring for their workers. This was so clear on Bishkek, KG on a mult-contract between two other companies. Mult-Max was the primary, with EMW and ManTech taking a split of the core functions. ManTech took better cared of their workers, where EMW really didn't care. Example the NCC with manages the network on 24/7 basis went from 6 personnel to just 3 and they seem to be OK with it as long as the network is working. The NCC has is managed by certified professionals and they were getting paid much less than the Supply Techs, PC Supply and Assest Manage. This is a professional insult to say the lease but this was known information from others who worked for EMW."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Find another company that take care of you and they only care about making money at any small cost."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Do a better job of screening your leads and ask the people under all them questions on a bi-annual basis.Figure out how to allow overseas workders to be able to take sick leave!"
