"Company goals are clearly communicated, CEO is very transparent on the companies financial status and strategy. Covid-19 divided a the company in half, some of us had to be onsite and work 12-14 hours a day, some chose to stay home and worked 4-8 hours a day. Morale was affected after a year of this culture."
