"Upon arriving, I was greeted and welcomed with great promise. After months of traveling and lack of organizational leadership, I found the day to day to become more of a hassle and less productive all round. Aspects of the job were good (liberty, schedule, dress code) but it was big sacrifice for lack of process, leadership, accountability and experience. Not a good fit for myself, who was hoping to have more impact and creative direction/insight."
