"EmployerDirect Healthcare is basically a call center that disguises itself to be an actual company. My time there was not worth it and I was not happy. The seniors expect you to answer calls according to their own script and will pinpoint your mistakes if something is not done correctly. If you really want a call center job then this would be a great fit, if not then you are better off somewhere else!"
